Interior PS Omollo Push for schools development

Interior PS Raymond Omollo has challenged leaders to work together through self-initiatives aimed at improving infrastructures in learning institutions across the country.

He made the remarks at Kakimba Secondary School, Mbita Sub- County in Homa Bay County where he led a host of leaders for an infrastructure support drive geared towards upgrading the institution’s physical facilities.

‘’ I was invited as the chief guest by my friend Silas Chepkeres Jakakimba , the school`s BOM chairman,’’ Dr. Omollo stated .

The PS noted that it`s through improved infrastructure in learning institution has a direct link to good academic performance since it offers proper environment for teaching and learning.

Energy PS Alex Wachira, Betty Muthoni (Blue Economy & Fisheries), Eng. Joseph Mbugua (Roads) and PS Immigration & Citizen Services Prof. Julius Kibet Bitok are among the top government officials who accompanied Dr. Omollo.

The event was also attended by a host of MPs among them Caroli Omondi (Suba North), Elisha Odhiambo (Gem), Felix Odiwuor Jalango  (Langata), Dr. Daniel Manduku (Nyaribari Masaba), Titus Lotee (Kacheliba), Flowrence Jematiah Sergon  (Woman Rep – Baringo County), John Kaguchia (Mukurweini),Memusi Kanchori (Kajiado Central), Kiborek Reuben (Mogotio) and Robert Basil (Yatta).

Immediate former East Africa Community CAS Ken Obura, political strategist Madoka Kibet and Dennis Itumbi were also present.
